- Provide the personal assistant services you request (sending messages, making calls, setting reminders).
- Maintain conversation context so the assistant remembers prior interactions.
- Store contacts and preferences you explicitly provide.

No mobile information collected as part of opting into our SMS messaging program will be shared with or sold to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile opt-in data and consent will never be shared with or disclosed to lead generators.
Your information is only shared with the following service providers strictly to operate the assistant:
- Twilio: For SMS delivery and phone call routing.
- LiveKit: For voice AI call processing.
- Anthropic: For AI language processing during conversations.
These providers process data only as needed to deliver our service and are bound by their own privacy policies.
4. Data Retention
Conversation logs and memory data are retained to provide continuity of service. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.

We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS) and secure credential storage.
