Super Assistant SMS Service
2. Program Description
Super Assistant is a personal AI assistant that communicates via voice calls and SMS. The service sends text messages for:
- Reminders you schedule (e.g., "Remind me in 30 minutes to call the office")
- Confirmations and notifications related to your requests
- Service alerts relevant to your account activity
3. Message Frequency
Message frequency varies based on your usage. You will only receive messages that you have explicitly requested through your interaction with the assistant, or automated alerts you have opted into. Typical usage is 1-10 messages per day, but may vary.
4. Message and Data Rates
Message and data rates may apply. Standard messaging rates from your wireless carrier apply to all SMS messages sent and received. Contact your carrier for details about your messaging plan.
5. Opt-In
By visiting our sign-up page and completing the web form, you may optionally consent to receive text messages from Super Assistant by selecting the SMS consent checkbox. This checkbox is not required to submit the form or access our services. You may also opt in by texting START to +1 (469) 972-6624.
6. Opt-Out
To stop receiving messages, text STOP to +1 (469) 972-6624 at any time. You will receive a one-time confirmation message and no further messages will be sent.

8. Supported Carriers
Service is available on all major US wireless carriers including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, and others. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy for details on how we collect, use, and protect your information. We do not sell or share your information with third parties for marketing purposes. No mobile information collected as part of opting into our SMS program will be shared with or sold to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
10. Disclaimer
Super Assistant is provided "as is." While we strive to provide accurate and timely service, we are not liable for delays, errors, or failures in message delivery, call completion, or AI-generated responses.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
